Is it possible to change the event date?

Absolutely! As long as you provide a minimum notice of 45 days, you can reschedule your event up to two times without incurring any additional fees.

What is your policy for event cancellation?

In cases where events are rescheduled within 45 days, full payment for perishable items will be required. However, we value our clients and always strive to find the best solutions together!

How does the billing process work?

To secure your event booking, we request a 50% down-payment. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before your scheduled event.

Need a set-up/break down service?

We commit to arriving at the venue as early as possible to ensure that everything is set-up before your guests arrive.  We are flexible with set-up time and we will work with you and your venue to achieve this. We break down and remove the photo booth when convenient to you and the venue. 

Is there a limit as to the number of photos that can be taken during the event?

There is no limit as to the number of photos that can be taken during your event. We want you, and your guests, to enjoy your photo booth for the entire duration of your hire!
